Role:
- Work on large data sets of customer information to come up with actionable insights
- Manage and track progress of various structural initiatives by creating analytical reports and tracking dashboards
- Create analytical insights to assist leadership in taking critical product and business decisions
- Liaison with various stakeholders to formulate understanding of respective function and take ownership of delivery for the associated initiative

Skills:
- Working knowledge on Excel (SQL – Good to have)
- Good to have knowledge of advanced analytical tools – R, Python & Tableau
- Critical thinking skills, combined with the ability to clearly articulate data and ideas in verbal, written and presentation formats.
Qualifications:
- B-Tech/BE and B-Tech/BE + MBA
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
