Job Role

Park+ is seeking a dynamic and driven product manager to join our team. This role calls for an individual who possesses a strong passion for transforming ideas into reality. As an Associate Product Manager, you will have a direct interface with our valuable customer base, enabling you to understand their needs and preferences. By collaborating closely with key partners, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product. Additionally, your cooperation with marketing, sales, and support teams will ensure seamless product launches and maximum user engagement. Principle Responsibilities

Responsible for competitor analysis, market analysis, and product analysis.
Develop business cases and prioritize product features.
Conduct high-level requirement gathering and manage product evolution.
Utilize analytics data and customer insights to enhance current features and boost user engagement.
Maintain regular communication with customers and incorporate their feedback into product improvements.
Define and monitor key metrics to assess product success.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Collaborate with design and development teams to explain requirements and manage product rollouts, emphasizing quality and timely delivery.

Desired skills and Experience

Must possess the ability to use basic SQL queries and analytics tools to pull and analyze data effectively.
Demonstrates the capability to work well under pressure and meet stringent timelines while collaborating across departments to achieve results.
A true problem solver with excellent discovery techniques, adept at translating business needs into actionable items.
Strong focus on detail to ensure data and related reports are accurate, comprehensive, and reliable.
Displays enthusiasm for learning and adopting new tools and technologies.
Experience in working with business users and the skill to translate business requirements into software requirements.
Requires a B.E./B.Tech degree, while an MBA from premier institutes is preferred.
