About the Role:

  • Proficient communication skills for effectively managing international clients.
  • Complying with Turnaround Time (TAT) and maintaining accuracy, providing daily performance reports, and updating performance logs and KPIs/SLAs within agreed-upon timeframes.
  • Executing assigned tasks with adherence to specified timelines and accuracy standards of the process.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in O2C (Order to Cash) processes.
  • Experience in handling invoice management, order management, collections, and dispute resolution.
  • Managing customer calls, O2C helpdesk, and email inquiries.
  • Familiarity with Helpdesk metrics and its implementation.
  • Preferably skilled in SAP, including invoicing, contracts, and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls, emails, and chats promptly.
  • Assist customers with their inquiries and requests.
  • Request and provide price quotations to customers.
  • Check product availability at specific times.
  • Monitor and update order statuses for customers.
  • Provide information on account status and outstanding payments.
  • Fulfill customer requests for account statements, invoice copies, or delivery documents
  • Collaborate with other departments (Order Management, Collections, Dispute, and Cash Application) to resolve customer inquiries.
  • Ensure adherence to turnaround time (TAT) and accuracy, managing queues and inquiries according to agreed metrics.
  • Daily reporting of performance and updating performance logs.
  • Preferred qualifications: A graduate or master’s degree in Finance or Accounting.

Skills and Qualification required:

  • Freshers must possess strong English communication skills.
  • Graduation is a mandatory qualification, and candidates should have no standing arrears.
  • Applicants with a Diploma qualification are not eligible for the position.
  • Flexibility in working shifts, including night and rotational shifts, is required.
  • The job location is Sholinganallur ELCOT, Chennai.
  • The interview process consists of HR Screening, Versant Test, and Operations Interview.
  • Candidates need to bring wired headphones for the Versant Test.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in English language communication is a key evaluation criterion.
  • Graduates with a clean academic record are encouraged to apply.
  • Successful candidates will need to communicate effectively in English throughout their tenure.
