About Job

As an Infoscion, your day would be filled with diverse responsibilities and challenges. You would be an integral part of the project management team, taking on end-to-end bottom line responsibility for a project. Your role would involve leading proposal preparation, reviewing project estimations, and collaborating with key stakeholders to position Infosys effectively in order to secure projects.

You would be responsible for scheduling assignments, monitoring project progress, and providing regular status updates to manage risks and ensure successful project delivery. Coaching and providing vision for your team, conducting subject matter training, and offering timely feedback and recognition would be essential in motivating and inspiring team members towards high performance.

Additionally, you would contribute to thought leadership within your area of technology specialization, adhering to Infosys’ guidelines, policies, and norms. By leveraging your expertise and skills, you would play a pivotal role in assisting clients in their digital transformation journey.

Responsibilities

• Project Management fundamentals

• Project Lifecycles on development & maintenance projects, estimation methodologies, quality processes.

• Knowledge of one or more programming languages; knowledge of architecture frameworks, and design principles; ability to comprehend & manage technology, performance engineering.

• Domain – Basic domain knowledge in order to understand the business requirements / functionality.

• Ability to perform project planning and scheduling, manage tasks and coordinate project resources to meet objectives and timelines

• Ability to work with business and technology subject matter experts to assess requirements, define scope, create estimates, and produce project charters

• Good understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies is a pre-requisite

• Awareness of latest technologies and trends

• Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate
