Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Designer who possesses the skills and expertise required to design products utilized by millions of users. This opportunity involves joining one of our cross-functional product development teams.

The annual salary for this position is set at €55,000. We offer the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to choose your location anywhere in the world. However, please note that your primary location should fall within the UTC-4 to UTC+8:00 time zone range.

As a Product Designer at Toggl Track, your primary mission will revolve around strengthening and enhancing our design capabilities and discipline. Your valuable contributions will play a crucial role in shaping the design direction and user experience of our flagship product.

By leveraging your expertise in product design, you will have the opportunity to shape the way users interact with Toggl Track. Through careful consideration of user needs, you will contribute to creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that maximize user satisfaction and productivity.

Responsibilities

Identifying opportunities and conceptualizing solutions together with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders
Delivering user interface solutions for data-heavy applications and complex user flows
Gathering both qualitative and quantitative user feedback to iteratively improve the user experience

Requirements

Empathy, to be able to put yourself in users’ shoes, identify potential problems, and seize opportunities to improve the user experience
Strong collaboration skills that span disciplines to drive change in our products and design systems
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, to communicate effectively with management, developers, support teams, and end-users
Ability to convey ideas through design artifacts as user flows, interactive prototypes, wireframes, and high-fidelity user interface design solutions
A proven track record of designing complex systems with multiple dependencies that have been launched on the market
The ability to distill research findings into stories that lead to new insights
Skills in microcopy to guide users through the most important interactions
