Stakeholder Management:

Communication with business users is crucial for resolving issues, obtaining clarifications, and providing updates, ensuring a smooth collaboration.
Organizing business bridge calls to report critical incidents or outages helps keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
Following up with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and vendors, is essential to progress tickets toward resolution, fostering effective teamwork.

Service Management:

Being responsible for assigned project tasks ensures accountability and contributes to project success.
Initiating escalation procedures for incidents within agreed timelines and monitoring their closure helps maintain service quality.
Efficiently managing task queues and allocating work based on a plan enhances productivity within the team.

Service Tracking:

Ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks, including incidents, service requests, and problem resolutions, aligns with service targets.
Conducting peer reviews guarantees the quality of deliverables.

Design & Analysis:
