Our Apprenticeship Program is a great way for you to experience the corporate world and gain industry relevant knowledge and skills. Depending on the team you would join, you will have the opportunity to learn to do a combination of one or more of the following:
Facilities Assistant – Trainee
- Train on handling guests and employees at the front desk for information, addressing inquiries, and concerns professionally and courteously.
- Provide training on badge issuance, coordinating with employees, and managing reception area, conference rooms, café, and common areas.
- Teach effective methods for promptly addressing and resolving client inquiries and concerns.
- Train on using the tool to create work orders and request necessary resources for building and housekeeping services.
- Provide guidance on maintaining common area equipment for optimal efficiency.
- Offer training on organizing events, including transportation for guests, signages, displays, special needs requirements, printing, and event security.
- Ensure the training program is concise, clear, and engaging to facilitate easy comprehension and retention of skills.
Staffing Recruiter – Trainee
- Deliver high-quality customer service to both internal and external candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines within a specific line of business, fostering targeted candidate relationships and supporting skills-based assessments for relevant roles.
- Manage candidate enquiries and provide excellent candidate care, guiding individuals through recruitment processes and addressing their needs and concerns.
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates, facilitating the recruitment process to identify top talent.
- Plan and execute events and engagements to attract and connect with potential candidates, promoting the organization as an employer of choice.
Benefits Analyst – Trainee
- Learn to effectively manage relationships with benefits and technology providers, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
- Gain practical experience in operating Darwin, a flexible benefits platform, to streamline benefits administration and enhance employee experience.
- Understand the process of managing new Statement of Work (SOW) submissions and approvals, contributing to project management and successful execution.
- Develop expertise in managing and maintaining escalation models within Cisco, fostering continuous improvement and prioritizing planned initiatives both internally and with vendors.
- Become proficient in using SharePoint as a Benefits Knowledge Management system, redesigning an engaging benefits page to provide comprehensive information and improve employee engagement.
Sales Operations Analyst – Trainee
- Assist in data analysis and crunching to derive valuable insights and inform decision-making.
- Support the team in executing and managing New Year Resolution (NYR) activities effectively.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline and optimize the account creation process.
- Aid in coordinating and facilitating various New Programs and Projects across different segments.
Project Coordinator – Trainee
- Contribute to established or low-complexity projects, assisting with activities within the project or program environment or between service groups.
- Acquire a basic understanding of project management and engineering/technical domains to support project/program management.
- Gather project/program details and requirements, establishing positive working relationships with the project teams.
- Aid in developing project plans and schedules, effectively communicating resource needs and delivery timelines to the team and management.
- Develop an understanding of best practice metrics relevant to specific project requirements.
- Gain familiarity with various engineering processes and practices, such as requirements analysis, design, coding, and xDVT, and assist on projects where these methods are applied.
Finance Analyst – Trainee
- Learn to document the business requirements.
- Learn to document the standard operating procedures.
- Understand book-keeping in Company by performing various guided actions.
- Support the team on various tasks as directed on a daily basis.
- Learn to operate the various tools that are used in the corporate to analyze the data.
- Conduct data gathering effectively and efficiently.
- Present the data and insights in a logical influential manner to drive data driven business decisions.
- Perform metrics analysis as required to provide actionable information to end users
- Completed B.Com, BBA, BA, and BBM. (Non-Engineering degrees)
- You must have graduated in 2022 and 2023.
- Must be available for a period of 12 months starting Sept/Oct 2023.
- Basic Knowledge of MS office tools
- Good communication skills, passion & desire to learn, “Can do” attitude, proactive engagement, solutions seeking & a team player.
