The SharePoint Administrator role requires an energetic and self-starting individual who thrives in a team-oriented environment. The primary responsibilities of this role include cloud automation and process engineering to ensure streamlined solutions and secure core infrastructure services. The SharePoint Administrator will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to critical business services across the globe.
The SharePoint Administrator role involves supporting the following services:
- SharePoint Online
- Azure Active Directory
- Communication and Collaboration
What You’ll Do
· Administration of Microsoft 365 Services: SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, M365 Groups, and Power Platform.
· Automation and scripting (PowerShell)
· Working knowledge of Azure Services and Integrations including Microsoft Graph API
· Working knowledge of Information Protection, Security, Data Governance and Compliance in M365
· Create custom tools used to automate process.
· Document and support various Cloud Workloads and Architecture.
· Ticket Triage and Issue Resolution
· Act as an escalation point for core services (SharePoint Online, One Drive for Business)
· Daily Monitoring and Alert Responses
· Participation in 24×7 On-Call Global Rotation
What You’ll Bring
· 7+ years of experience in managing SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business and Other M365 services.
· 3+ years’ experience with Hybrid and Virtualized Environments.
· Advanced automation experience (PowerShell) skills
· 5+ years of experience in an engineering function
· Strong Documentation and Communication Skills (Verbal/Written) in English
· Capable of Independently Solving Complex Problems
· Advanced Problem Solving & Troubleshooting Skills including the ability to produce and deliver an RCA
· Strong Organizational Skills and the Ability to Manage a Diversified Workload.

$72,000 – $259,200/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
