You will work closely with our People Helpdesk staff to manage user queries and provide the most effective answers. Additionally, you are in charge of closing incident tickets that have been raised inside SLAs. The team is in charge of maintaining and making sure that the Bot has all the information necessary to address user inquiries and problems. We are seeking someone with the following set of abilities:

Skills and Qualification:
