Job description:

You will work closely with our People Helpdesk staff to manage user queries and provide the most effective answers. Additionally, you are in charge of closing incident tickets that have been raised inside SLAs. The team is in charge of maintaining and making sure that the Bot has all the information necessary to address user inquiries and problems. We are seeking someone with the following set of abilities:

Responsibility:

You must tackle common challenges in this position, primarily using precedent and broad rules.
You must be familiar with and knowledgeable about all KPMG India Policies.
Every activity that needs to be completed will come with clear instructions, and the choices you make will affect your work.
In order to properly fulfil the criteria, you will collaborate closely with the project participants.
Additionally, you are in charge of closing incident tickets that have been raised inside SLAs.
As a member of a team with a predetermined targeted scope of work, you will work independently and as a contributor.
Knowing the different points of contact for procedures and communicating with the teams will help you give prompt, seamless responses to user clarifications.

Skills and Qualification:

a bachelor’s degree is required.
It will be beneficial to obtain an MBA in addition.
For the candidate to relate to policies and inquiries, they should have 0–2 years of generalist HR working experience.
