Skill Set Required:

Should have an understanding of general IT Control framework objectives, in particular, risk assessment and control selection
Ability to or learn to conduct periodic risk assessments and drive integration of remediation efforts with the risk management process
Under guidance and direction of Delivery Compliance Officer, perform activities to help measure and monitor compliance with company policies and procedures
Should have a good understanding of network and OS concepts.
Well-versed with access lists, operating system hardening standards, IT Infrastructure, DMZ architectures, B2B and B2C connectivity.
Knowledge on BCM, Privacy, and Vendor risk management, Legal and Regulatory requirements in relation to Information Security and IT
Demonstrates ability to work in a virtual team with help of tools and technologies
Strong verbal, written communication & analytical skills
Should have a systematic and pragmatic approach to problem-solving
Demonstrates good interpersonal skills, high standards of professional behavior in dealings with business customers, colleagues, and staff
Have a good technical awareness and the aptitude to remain up to date with information security and IT developments
Ability to communicate
Risk to non-IT business owners and support functions such as delivery, HR, GWS, Physical Security, Legal, Contracting, and others

Certification such as CISA/CISSP/CISM / CRISC and ISO27001 is good to have

Roles and Responsibilities:

The position is a member of Risk & Compliance org within HCL Technologies.
The Delivery Compliance Analyst (DCA) will be part of a team that will be responsible for managing compliance in accordance with the client, organizational & regulatory security requirements.
The DCA is a direct auditor/assessor type role that under the direction of a more senior Delivery Compliance Officer (DCO), will interface with the business delivery team and support functions such as IT, HR, GWS, Physical Security, Legal, etc. in the execution of job responsibilities.
The position reports typically to Delivery Compliance Officer or a Delivery Compliance Manager.
