Job Description:

Utilize expertise in applications development procedures and concepts, as well as fundamental knowledge of other technical areas, to identify and define necessary system enhancements.
Identify and thoroughly analyze issues, providing recommendations and implementing effective solutions.
Apply knowledge of business processes, system processes, and industry standards to address complex challenges.
Analyze information critically, making evaluative judgments to propose solutions and drive improvements.
Conduct testing and debugging, employing script tools, and writing basic code to meet design specifications.
Evaluate the relevance of similar experiences and explore options when dealing with circumstances not covered by standard procedures.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of Company ‘s information systems, procedures, standards, client-server application development, network operations, database administration, systems administration, data center operations, and PC-based applications.
Demonstrate prudent risk assessment in business decisions, prioritizing the preservation of Citigroup’s reputation and safeguarding its clients and assets. This involves ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to policies, exercising sound ethical judgment in personal behavior and conduct, and transparently addressing and managing any control issues that may arise.

Skills and Qualification Required:

Entry-level position with 0-2 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in programming and debugging for business applications.
Familiarity with industry practices and standards.
In-depth understanding of the specific business area related to application development.
Working knowledge of various programming languages.
Demonstrates consistent clarity and conciseness in both written and verbal communication.
