All About Cisco Technical Graduate Apprentice Program:

The Apprenticeship Program offered by our organization provides an excellent opportunity for individuals to gain valuable industry-relevant knowledge and skills while experiencing the corporate world. Depending on the team they join, apprentices will engage in a combination of tasks that include:

Developing, testing, troubleshooting, and debugging hardware and software programs for enhancements and new products. This may involve working with various tech platforms such as operating systems, compilers, routers, networks, utilities, databases, and internet-related tools.
Identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs, as well as participating in the release process through activities such as confirming QA status, conducting post-release testing, and engaging in daily product stand-up meetings.
Monitoring end-to-end application performance, assessing user interface points, and evaluating network performance across different server runtimes.
Implementing Cisco’s cutting-edge technologies globally and providing optimization services to some of the world’s largest networks and customers.
Consulting with customers to understand network requirements, proposing designs that meet business needs, and finding solutions to complex problems spanning various technologies.
Performing change management procedures, both automated and manual deployments, and effectively troubleshooting technical issues, including resolving production issues in SaaS environments.
Assessing operational feasibility by conducting thorough analysis, defining problems, gathering requirements, developing solutions, and presenting proposals.
Developing comprehensive documentation, including flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code. Additionally, documenting business requirements and collaborating on solution design, execution, and business testing.

Requirements:

To be eligible for the Cisco Technical Graduate Apprentice 2023 program, you should meet the following criteria:

Graduated in 2022 or 2023 with a degree certificate or PDC.
Available for a 12-month period starting in August 2023.
Enrolled as a ‘Student’ on mhrdnats.gov.in with a valid student enrollment number issued by NATS.
Possess strong communication skills, a passion for technology, and a proactive approach to teamwork.

Note: Please note that this apprentice training program aligns with the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme and has a fixed-term duration of 12 months.
