About Role and Responsibilities:
- Produce Nacelles, Hubs, and Drive trains according to production schedules.
- Ensure the quality of delivered products meets standards.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Set up assembly processes, systems, and procedures.
- Support the implementation of Integrated Management Systems (IMS) and Business Excellence.
- Contribute to the development of prototypes.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements.
Key requirements:
- Essential: Obtain a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering.
- Desirable: Pursue a Post-Graduate degree.
- Desirable: Achieve certifications like Green Belt or Black Belt in Six Sigma or Lean methodologies.
- Meet educational requirements in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering.
- Aim for advanced qualifications through Post-Graduate studies.
- Strive for professional certifications such as Green Belt or Black Belt in Six Sigma or Lean.
- Fulfill the educational prerequisite in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering.
- Aspire towards further academic achievement with Post-Graduate studies.
