What You’ll Do ?

Design, Build, Test, Assemble, Support, and Configure Applications: As an Associate Software Engineer, your role involves creating software solutions that align with specific business requirements. This encompasses the entire software development lifecycle, from designing and building to testing and configuring applications that effectively address client needs.
Performance-Aligned Software Delivery: Understanding the business context is crucial. You’ll need to comprehend the factors influencing performance and ensure the software you develop meets those expectations, contributing to enhanced operational efficiency and user experience.
Integration of Technology Trends and Automation: Staying current with technology trends is essential. You’ll actively participate in integrating new functionalities and cutting-edge technologies into existing solutions, thereby fostering innovation and automation that enhances the overall value proposition.
Customer-Centric Support and Incident Resolution: Your responsibilities extend beyond development. You’ll engage with customers through various channels such as voice, email, chat, and remote support, working to swiftly address incidents and provide effective resolutions. This customer-centric approach ensures a seamless experience and sustained satisfaction.
Test Design and Data Creation: In this role, you’ll craft comprehensive test designs, processes, cases, and necessary test data. This entails mapping out how the software will be tested, outlining different scenarios, and ensuring the availability of data that mirrors real-world conditions for effective testing.
Application of Business and Functional Knowledge: Leveraging your deep understanding of the business domain and functional requirements, you’ll employ testing standards and methodologies. This ensures that your testing efforts align with the team’s overarching test objectives, resulting in thorough and accurate testing outcomes.
Usability Testing Scenario Design: You’ll be responsible for conceptualizing and designing testing scenarios that evaluate the software’s usability. This involves envisioning real-world user interactions and experiences to ensure the software meets user expectations and offers a user-friendly interface.
Comprehensive Test Reporting: As part of the testing process, you’ll meticulously document and prepare reports related to the testing activities conducted. These reports serve as critical records that provide insights into the software’s behavior during testing, helping stakeholders make informed decisions.
Results Analysis and Feedback: After executing tests, you’ll analyze the outcomes, identify any discrepancies or issues, and compile observations. Your role involves communicating these findings to the development team, enabling them to address and rectify any identified issues before the software’s final release. This collaboration fosters iterative improvement and quality enhancement.

Requirements / Qualifications

Ability to anticipate and resolve business issues with agility.
Multi-disciplinary and versatile with the aptitude to learn and apply new skills faster
Good analytical and problem-solving skills and proficient in verbal and communication skills
Deliver code, to time and quality expectations and participate in peer reviews
Take ownership of the successful implementation of the solution
Support infrastructure operations and /or manage delivery for IT production system and services
Flexibility to relocate for project deployment to any part of India and work in 24X7 shifts basis business requirement

Preferred Requirements / Qualifications

Basic understanding of ABAP Development on HANA, CDS, AMDP, Performance Analysis
Experience or knowledge in configuration, customization of Salesforce.com applications
Good working knowledge in J2EE and full-stack development
Knowledge and development experience of .NET (ASP.NET/ASP.NET MVC)

Eligibility

All streams/branches of B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech, MCA, and M.Sc. (CSE, IT only) from 2022 & 2023 year of pass outs with full-time education only (Part-time and distance educations are not considered)
MBA /PGDBM candidates are not eligible to apply for this role
No active backlogs during application and/or during onboarding.
You should have completed your relevant degree (eligible for this job role), in the stipulated duration of the degree. Hence, there should be no gaps during the course of your degree.
Your highest educational qualification only will be considered
Candidate should not have appeared for Accenture Recruitment assessment/interview process in the last three months.
Candidate should not have more than 11 months of experience
Candidates must be eligible to work in India either by citizenship/ have relevant work permit documents.
Please note that Bhutan and Nepal nationals can work in India without a need for obtaining a work visa. All other foreign nationals require work visa or an Overseas Citizenship of India (OCI) or Person of Indian Origin (PIO) card to work in India
You are willing to work in any Business Unit/Service line within the company
You are willing to join /relocate to any Accenture office across India
