Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Develop and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable software utilizing the MERN/MEAN stack and MongoDB for the database.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features, ensuring code quality and seamless integration.
- Create user-friendly interfaces and optimize application performance to deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Participate in code reviews, offering constructive feedback to improve code quality, maintainability, and scalability.
- Debug production issues, identify root causes, and implement timely solutions to ensure smooth software operation.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends in web and mobile development, contributing to the enhancement of our technical stack.
- Work closely with product managers and designers to understand requirements, propose innovative solutions, and exceed client expectations in project delivery.
Requirements:
- Skills required: Azure, Node.js, PostgreSQL, ReactJS, NextJS, TypeScript, LLMs, Langchain, Vector DB. Optional: Python (FastAPI)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in software engineering, but exceptions considered for exceptional candidates.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Proficient understanding of React and Next.js.
- Strong understanding of design patterns and practices for writing clean, lined, maintainable, and reusable code.
- Knowledgeable about cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions.
- Familiarity with Version Control Systems like Git.
- Experience using supplementary libraries like Redux.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with non-relational databases.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to set and communicate clear goals and expectations for oneself and the team.
- Awareness of the latest best practices in the field, curiosity about new domains, ideas, and work practices across companies.
- Ability to maintain relationships with team members and stakeholders by understanding their interests and expectations.
- Capability to manage individuals according to circumstances.
