Job Summary:

In this role, you will be expected to have expertise in welding processes and procedures, along with a basic understanding of metallography techniques and mechanical testing procedures. Your understanding of microstructural phases and fracture surfaces will be essential in interpreting weld joint microstructures and identifying failure causes. We value teamwork, sincerity, and a proactive approach to completing assigned tasks, as well as a strong desire to continuously learn and improve. Effective communication in English, both in understanding literature and preparing reports based on studied literature and conducted experiments, is also required.


  • B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Metallurgy Engineering.
  • Preference given to candidates with 0 to 3 years of experience.
