Responsibilities
As a participant in the Shell Graduate Programme, you will embark on a rigorous development framework that includes specific competences, business-critical capabilities, and critical experiences. From the beginning of the 3-year programme, you will be entrusted with challenging, hands-on roles, working in a diverse global environment. Throughout the programme, you will receive supervision and mentoring, with frequent reviews as part of a structured development plan. Learning is a key component of the programme, and you will have access to internal and external courses, as well as on-the-job learning opportunities to equip you with the necessary skills for a successful career.

Qualification
To be eligible for the Shell Graduate Programme, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Be in the final year of post-graduation or have graduated with an advanced degree such as Masters or PhD from a recognized university with less than 3 years of work experience.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be an Indian citizen, Permanent Resident, or have a valid work permit for India.
- Have graduated prior to the first day at Shell.
