2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please keep the delivery confirmation as proof of the delivery date.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The only items that cannot be returned are products that have been used, products that were damaged by the buyer after delivery, or products returned without their original packaging. Pricing has no effect on your right to return.

4. Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and the full amount paid, including the original standard delivery cost, will be returned to you within 14 days using the same method of payment you originally used.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund after the period above, please first check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times vary. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at info@freakydiodes.com and we will resolve it promptly.

6. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or were damaged in transit. If you need a replacement for the same item, contact us at info@freakydiodes.com.

7. Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item, except where the item is defective or was damaged in transit, in which case we bear the full return shipping cost.
