Mivi Graduate Engineer Trainee Hiring 2023: What you need to know?

Mivi is currently seeking Graduate Engineer Trainees to join its Process Engineering team. These individuals will play a key role in the establishment of production lines and the subsequent scaling up of mass production.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Production Line Setup and Qualification: You will be responsible for the establishment and qualification of production lines, ensuring a smooth ramp-up and the successful introduction of mass production.
  • Product Yield Improvement: Drive product yield enhancement through comprehensive failure analysis and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • New Product Prototyping: Oversee new product prototyping and manage the proto part approval process, followed by the pilot run.
  • Effective Communication: Lead and participate in regular Cross-Functional Team (CFT) and New Product Introduction (NPI) meetings to facilitate open communication among project stakeholders.
  • Document Control: Manage the review and control of all NPI-related documents to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, with a preference for specializations in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Demonstrate your leadership and team management abilities to drive project success.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Showcase your exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills to overcome challenges effectively.
