About Job Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Backend Developer to join our Core Team. As a member of this team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance and security, handling user authentication and management, designing the core architecture of our system, implementing the necessary infrastructure, providing data management and reporting features, integrating AI capabilities, and developing a flexible and extensible platform.

One of your primary responsibilities will be to ensure compliance and security within our system. You will work closely with our team to identify and address any potential vulnerabilities or risks, implement robust security measures, and ensure that our platform adheres to the necessary regulations and standards.

Handling user authentication and management will also be a key part of your role. You will be responsible for developing and implementing secure user authentication processes, managing user access levels and permissions, and ensuring a smooth and seamless user experience.

Designing the core architecture of our system will require your expertise in developing scalable and efficient solutions. You will work closely with our team to define the technical requirements, create architectural designs, and implement the necessary infrastructure to support our platform’s functionality and performance.

Data management and reporting are vital aspects of our platform, and you will be responsible for developing features that enable efficient data storage, retrieval, and analysis. You will work with our team to design and implement robust data management systems and develop reporting features that provide valuable insights to our users.

Integrating AI capabilities into our platform is another area where your expertise will be valuable. You will collaborate with our AI team to incorporate machine learning and AI algorithms into our system, enabling advanced functionalities and enhancing the user experience.

Lastly, you will contribute to the development of a flexible and extensible platform. This involves designing and implementing APIs, ensuring modularity and scalability, and facilitating seamless integration with third-party systems and services.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in backend development, proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java, experience with database management systems, and a solid understanding of software development principles and best practices. You should also possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

Work mostly in Go with microservice architecture
Design and build core services for the company’s platform, Data Driven services, AI solutions and more
Maintain high-quality standards and write testable, readable, modular, and maintainable code
Help build tools and processes to improve and accelerate development, shared core libraries, performance, and monitoring

Requirements

4+ years experience in any of the following languages, Go Java, Ruby, Python,C#
Bachelor’s CS degree, or equivalent experience
Built microservices and web applications from scratch (design, development, and deployment)
Experienced with the Clean Architecture approach and Clean Code practices
DB knowledge – SQL DB(or equivalent)/mongo (or equivalent) – at least one, with knowledge and experience in query optimizations and indexing
Experience in Async communication, publisher/subscriber architecture – A Plus
Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes – A Plus
Proactive and self-motivated with a strong passion for continuous learning and professional growth
