Job Description and Skills Required:

The position requires flexibility to work in an international voice process and be available for a 24×7 schedule with rotational offs, amounting to 5 working days a week.
Proficiency in English communication is a crucial requirement for the role.
Problem-solving skills are essential, with an emphasis on maintaining composure during challenging situations.
A successful track record in a high-performance environment is expected.
Strong customer service and interaction abilities in voice campaigns are necessary for this role.
Ideally, candidates should possess 1-3 years of experience in a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role.
Dealing with calls from end customers is a mandatory aspect of this position.
The company prefers candidates who can join immediately or provide a maximum notice period of 30 days.
The job is based in Bangalore, and candidates should be willing to work from the office location.

The candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Computer Science, or Engineering. Additional certifications or relevant work experience may be preferred and will be considered as a strong asset during the selection process.
