Job Description
We’re hiring a Customer Support Specialist for our international voice process team in Bangalore. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher and be willing to work in a 24×7 environment with rotational offs (5 days working). You’ll be responsible for handling customer inquiries through voice interactions, requiring excellent English communication skills. Problem-solving abilities and composure in challenging situations are essential. Preferred qualifications include 1-3 years of experience in a similar CS role, dealing with end customers via calls. Immediate joiners or those with a maximum 30-day notice period are preferred. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional customer support.
