Job Role
A ServiceNow Business Analyst plays a pivotal role in the efficient operation of business processes within the ServiceNow Platform. Whether collaborating with a lead or operating independently, they are responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and executing IT, GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance), Cybersecurity, and Risk management processes. Their duties encompass comprehensive research, analysis, and the construction of dedicated modules within the ServiceNow ecosystem. They adeptly translate business needs into agile stories, capturing essential requirements.
Moreover, they assume the critical task of end-to-end testing, ensuring the seamless functionality of configured features immediately after development. This role is integral in bridging the gap between business objectives and technical implementation, contributing to streamlined operations, effective risk management, and the seamless integration of technology-driven solutions using the ServiceNow Platform.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in IRM, GRC, and Cyber SecOps processes.
- Familiarity with business analysis and configuring IRM, SecOps modules on ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of Scrum methodology.
- Proficiency in SDLC processes, from requirement analysis to system design.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, self-motivated to work independently.
- Previous experience with GRC tools like Archer, MetricStream, Open Pages.
- Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder negotiation and conflict resolution.
- Excellent analytical ability to evaluate and synthesize information from diverse sources.
- Skill in breaking down complex information into detailed components.
- Effective facilitation skills for requirement workshops and client training.
- Use of recognized industry technologies for an efficient work environment.
- Proven communication expertise across all organizational levels, including senior management.
