- Oversee the company’s banking activities, ensuring proper handling of all funds and maximizing efficiency and returns.
- Handle internal transfers and external payments within accounts.
- Verify and monitor cash transactions, investigating and suggesting solutions for any inconsistencies.
- Create forecasts for cash flow to anticipate financial needs.
- Supervise bank accounts, ensuring adherence to account control policies and protocols.
- Aid in monthly and quarterly reporting, both internally and externally.
- Assist in month-end procedures as required.
- Take on miscellaneous tasks and assignments as they arise.
Skills and Qualification required:
- Proficient in Treasury Accounting, encompassing aspects such as cashflow, liquidity, and bank reconciliation.
- Experienced in managing financial aspects related to treasury.
- Solid grasp of fundamental accounting principles.
- Capable of applying accounting concepts effectively.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong team collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational abilities for effective task and information management.
- Skilled in creating engaging presentations.
- Proficient in analytical thinking to interpret financial data.
- Technical proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, and PowerBI.
- Familiarity with PowerBI for data analysis and visualization.
- Acquainted with Quality Lean principles and process enhancement methodologies.
- Able to contribute to improving operational efficiency.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in various software tools like MS Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, and PowerBI.
- Knowledgeable about Quality Lean principles and process improvement techniques.
