Job summary:

We are looking for a junior business analyst who is driven and enthusiastic to join our team as a new employee with a focus on automation and digital transformation for software applications. Candidates who are keen to learn and obtain real-world experience in the sector should apply for this role. The ideal applicant should have a fundamental understanding of software applications, automation ideas, and digital transformation, as well as outstanding communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform analysis and research on current software application and automation trends.
Aid the team in obtaining requirements and reviewing business processes.
Participate in the creation of project documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), System Requirement Specifications (SRSs), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRSs), and User Stories.
Work together with the team to determine the underlying issues and make potential fixes.
Assist the development team in putting solutions into practise and ensuring delivery success.
Contribute to sprint review and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, take part in agile ceremonies, and write reports on project progress.
Help in the creation of process models, requirements, and diagrams to give the team direction.
Follow the most recent developments in digital transformation.
Effectively communicate with team members and help the company accomplish its needs and requirements.

Skills Required:

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as Google Suite tools such as Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
Familiarity with wireframing, prototyping, and activity diagram tools, including Lucidchart, Axure, Balsamiq, and Microsoft Visio.
Experience using project management tools like Jira, DevOps, and Confluence.

Qualification:

Any Graduate, Preferable BBA, B.Tech, B.E, or B.Sc.
