Roles and Responsibilities

Responsibilities: Add and enhance functionalities across various domains of GeeksforGeeks.
Task: Develop REST APIs for backend services, including Authentication and Authorization.
Focus: Improving and optimizing website functionalities.
Role: Coding fanatic with a passion for learning new technologies.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Software team to achieve operational excellence.
Impact: Contribute to the growth and success of GeeksforGeeks.
Importance: Play a key role in developing and maintaining backend services for the platform.

Requirements

Strong Backend development skills in Django.
Excellent understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, Databases, and Programming Concepts.
Proficiency in Web development using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and SQL.
Hands-on experience with RDBMS, particularly MySQL.
Familiarity with Amazon AWS and cloud services.
Knowledge of connecting Web applications to back-end services using RESTful APIs.
Solid grasp of Object-Oriented programming, design principles, patterns, and best practices.
Creative and critical thinking for optimal feature implementation.
Experience with code versioning tools like Git.
Quick learner, adaptable to fast-changing environments.
Self-driven, eager to explore and learn new topics independently.
