Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility in this role is to answer incoming calls from Deloitte professionals or their families using the Admin toll-free number. When receiving these calls, it is important to understand the query or issue raised by the professional and provide appropriate guidance or solutions to address their concerns. In cases where the query cannot be resolved immediately, it is necessary to escalate the matter to a supervisor and ensure follow-up with the professionals until a resolution is achieved.
Another crucial aspect of the role is to maintain accurate records of the queries received. This involves raising a ticket based on each call and capturing all relevant details of the query for documentation purposes. By doing so, a comprehensive record of the interactions with professionals and the solutions provided can be maintained, aiding in future reference and analysis.
Furthermore, it’s important to note that this position requires working in shifts. As a result, flexibility in scheduling and the ability to adapt to changing work hours are essential qualities for success in this role. Being available to answer calls and provide assistance during different time periods ensures that professionals and their families receive the support they need consistently throughout the day.
