About Job
As a Quality Analyst, your primary role will be to collect and evaluate performance data based on pre-established parameters. This data will provide insights into the organization’s overall quality and identify areas that require improvement. By analyzing this information, you will be able to identify patterns, trends, and potential issues, allowing you to develop strategies for streamlining working practices and enhancing quality standards. Your objective will be to align these practices with customer requirements and expectations, ensuring that the organization consistently delivers high-quality products or services. Your role as a Quality Analyst is vital in driving continuous improvement and maintaining customer satisfaction within the organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure the quality assurance compliance objectives are met and targets are achieved Responsible for timely completion of revision analysis and other reports Responsible for devising corrective action for the root cause identified.
- Categorize and subcategories the errors carried out by our artists.
- Collate and analyze the revisions received from the publishers.
Skills Required/Desired
- Good analytical and reasoning skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office–MS Excel & MS PowerPoint
- Basic knowledge in Adobe InDesign
- Excellent communication skill (written and verbal)
Shifts: Rotational
6.30AM – 3.30PM & 9.00 AM – 6.00PM (Rotational)
