About Role:

As a technical support specialist, your primary responsibility is to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues that customers may encounter. You are the initial point of contact when customers seek assistance, whether it’s over the phone, email, or chat.

Your role involves conducting remote troubleshooting using diagnostic techniques and asking relevant questions to understand the nature of the problem. By gathering information from the customers, you aim to determine the most appropriate solution for their specific issue.

Once you have identified the problem and possible solutions, you will then guide the customer through the problem-solving process. This entails providing step-by-step instructions or explanations to help them resolve the technical issue effectively.

In summary, your main duties revolve around being the first contact for technical support, diagnosing issues remotely, analyzing customer-provided details, and assisting customers in resolving their technical problems through clear guidance and instructions.


Applicants for this job are expected to hold a degree in either B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc., M.Tech, MCA, or M.Sc. This educational requirement ensures a strong foundational knowledge in relevant fields, which is essential for performing the duties associated with the position. Candidates should have graduated in either 2022 or 2023, indicating that recent graduates or those about to graduate are eligible to apply. Fresh graduates bring fresh perspectives and up-to-date knowledge to the organization.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication skills (reading, writing, speaking) are crucial for this role, enabling seamless interaction with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders, facilitating the smooth exchange of information and ideas.
  • The position requires adaptability to a 24/7 work environment with rotational shifts, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support operations around the clock, ensuring uninterrupted services and customer support.
  • A good understanding of ITIL, specifically in the context of Incident Management, is necessary. Familiarity with ITIL practices and processes enables efficient handling of incidents and minimizes the impact of disruptions in the IT services.
  • Candidates should possess a solid grasp of active directory operations, including tasks like password resets, as well as software troubleshooting and related tasks. Proficiency in these areas ensures swift resolution of technical issues, contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of the IT support team
