Loreal India Women In Science Scholarship 2021, Loreal Women In Tech Scholarship – Undoubtedly, women have the great potential to bring innovations as much as men do but gender bias and gender norms lay obstacles on their way to getting educated. In order to compress this gender gap, LOreal India has taken an initiative with their latest women in tech program #ForYoungWomenInScience that brings opportunities for young women in India by offering scholarships of up to Rs. 2.5 lakhs.
About Loreal For Women In Science Scholarship Program –
The Loreal FWSSP program was initially instituted in 2003 and has helped many young women to pursue their graduation course studies in science-related streams. Loreal Women In Science scholarship program grants a scholarship of upto INR 2,50,000/- each is granted to economically disadvantaged young women to cover their college fees for their graduate studies in any science field (Pure Sciences/Applied Sciences/Engineering/Medical, etc.) at a recognized college or university in India.
L’Oréal India strongly believes that Science is the source of progress, and the contribution of women is vital to its future. That is why we have initiated the L’Oréal India For Young Women In Science Scholarship Programme, which encourages and supports young women to pursue a career in science.
What are Loreal Women In Scholarship Criteria?
Interested women candidates must fulfill the following criteria in order to become eligible for Loreal Women In Tech Scholarship Program:
- The candidate must have passed class 12th in the science stream in the academic year 2020-21.
- Secured a min of 85% in PCM/PCB/PCMB in class 12th.
- Applicants must be seeking admission to an undergraduate program in a recognized college/university in India in a science-related field in the academic year 2021-22.
- The candidate must have an annual family income of less than Rs. 4 lakhs.
- The candidate must have 19 years of age as on 31/05/2021
The Last Date to apply for Loreal Women In Tech Scholarship Program is 31st October 2021.
Documents Needed For Loreal Women In Science Scholarship 2021 Application –
The following documents are mandatory in order to become eligible for Loreal Women Scholarship –
- Attested copy of age proof (Aadhaar Card, Birth Certificate, Passport, Voter ID Card, etc.)
- Self-attested copy of parents’ income proof (any one):
- Income Certificate issued by a government body
- Salary slip issued by permanent employer
- Form 16 (Income-Tax returns form)
- Mark sheet of Class 10 & 12 attested by the school authorities

- Login to Buddy4Study with your registered ID and land onto the ‘Application Form Page’.
- If not registered on Buddy4Study – Register at Buddy4Study with your Email/Mobile/Gmail account.
- Once you are Logged in/ Registered on Buddy4Study now click on the button below to land onto the Loreal Scholarship Application Form –
- You will now be redirected to the ‘L’Oréal India For Young Women In Science Scholarships’ application form page.
- Click on the ‘Start Application’ button to begin the application process.
- Fill the required details in the online application form.
- Upload the necessary documents as part of the application process.
- Read the ‘Terms and Conditions’ and indicate your acceptance to move ahead towards submitting the application
- Click on ‘Preview’.
- If all the details filled in by the applicant are correctly showing on the preview screen, click on the ‘Submit’ button to complete the application process.
