Detailed Eligibility

1. TCS is conducting a Mega Walk-In Drive in 2023 for positions in its finance and accounting domain.
2. The eligibility criteria for the positions require a minimum of 15 years of regular education (10th + 12th + 3 years Graduation).
3. Candidates should not have more than a 2-year gap in graduation or employment.
4. The positions require a Bachelor’s degree or Post Graduate in Accounting or Finance.
5. The positions require working in US hours for night shifts.
6. The HRO-US Sourcing position requires overall work experience in supporting Recruitment & Onboarding administrative activities function for an organization, especially in US sourcing.
7. The HRO-US Sourcing position requires global experience in sourcing (not just domestic/India specific).
8. The RTR- General Accounting/General Ledger position requires an overall work experience of 3 plus years of hands-on exposure to record-to-report accounting.
9. The RTR- General Accounting/General Ledger position requires experience in researching, preparing, and reconciling data in support of the preparation of financial statements and reports.
10. The RTR- General Accounting/General Ledger position requires experience in journal entries, variance analysis, reconciliations, and monthly/quarterly closing activities.
11. The RTR- General Accounting/General Ledger position requires supporting the implementation, maintenance, and documentation of effective internal controls and processes to verify system integrity and compliance.
12. The HRO-US Sourcing position requires managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
13. The HRO-US Sourcing position requires developing and implementing sourcing strategies to meet the organization’s recruitment needs.
14. Candidates should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and in a team for both positions.
