Key Responsibilities of the Role:
- Programming AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) machines.
- Fine-tuning inspection plans to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Optimizing programming for enhanced performance.
- Creating component shapes as required.
- Taking ownership of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for major AOI process issues.
- Driving quality improvements across the inspection processes.
- Ensuring label verification using vision systems is accurate and reliable.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Strong understanding of AOI machine programming and inspection methodologies.
- 0-1 years of relevant experience in the field.
- Proficiency in fine-tuning inspection plans and programming optimization.
- Ability to create accurate component shapes.
- Proactive approach to identifying and addressing quality issues.
- Experience with label verification vision systems is advantageous.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Full-time, in-office commitment with a five-day work week schedule, based in Goa.
