- OR Associate’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or a related field
- OR equivalent experience
- Experience with SQL and common databases
- Proficiency in Python for quick data analysis
- Ability to perform statistical analysis on datasets and extract insights
- Familiarity with evaluating real-world experiments using performance metrics
- Experience in causal analysis is a plus
