Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct gate meetings at tolls and engage with NHAI stakeholders and toll management regularly.
  • Coordinate corporate activities and establish alliances with Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs) to boost sales.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate a ground promoter team to achieve sales targets effectively.
  • Explore and develop new business opportunities for rapid customer acquisition, including dealer, agent, aggregator, corporate tie-ups, and partnerships with RWAs and parking facilities.
  • Monitor team performance closely, address any issues, and conduct periodic reviews of team leaders and associates based on assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Gather consistent market feedback to identify attractive offers and insights on competitors’ strategies for product enhancement.
  • Share market insights with management through detailed Excel reports, presentations, and other relevant mediums.
  • Foster interactions with NHAI stakeholders and toll management through regular communication and engagement initiatives.
  • Cultivate relationships with RWAs in residential areas to drive incremental sales growth.
  • Continuously assess market dynamics and adapt strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.

Skill Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Business, or equivalent).
  • Proficiency in toll collection systems and associated technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to tackle challenges in Fastag implementation.
  • Analytical abilities to assess and improve Fastag systems efficiently.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and drive Fastag initiatives.
