Job Description
In your role as a Senior Software Engineer, you will be at the forefront of designing and developing cutting-edge Graphical User Interface (GUI) Applications for Aerospace Technologies. Embracing a collaborative and fast-paced environment, you will lead the charge in creating innovative software solutions, working closely with product managers, user interaction designers, and fellow software engineers. Your expertise will be instrumental in crafting new product offerings and enhancing existing ones, ensuring that our software products remain at the forefront of the aerospace industry.
Responsibilities
- Should be able to understand and manage existing Software architecture and ready to take up new feature software implementation.
- Design and implement software code for GUIs, back-end systems.
- Develop test cases and test reports for developed software.
- Create detailed software design and implementation requirements based on system requirements.
- Ensure the overall integrity of the software architecture and validate it against the system specification.
- Maintain appropriate documentation to record software architecture changes.
- Analyse risk and report problems in meeting system requirements.
- Ready to work as individual contributor for new Software Module development.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Bachelors/Master of Engineering or equivalent
- 2 to 6 years experience in relevant domain
Desired Skills & Characteristics
- 2+ years of experience in Qt/C++, QML Graphical User Interface (GUI) Application Development.
- 1+ years of experience in Qt Android Application development.
- Strong knowledge in Multithreading & OOPS concepts.
- Experience with various design patterns & their implementations.
- Strong knowledge of data structures/algorithms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be creative and able to develop new approaches to complex design problems.
- Experience in OpenCV/FFMPEG and Video Processing pipeline.
- Experience in a cross-platform software development environment (Windows, Android)
- Experience in Unmanned Aerial Systems software development, preferably Mavlink protocol knowledge.
- Experience in TCP/Socket communication protocols
