Job description:
- Take ownership of the learner experience during the Transform and Solidify stages in the Genome BITS journey.
- Ensure wave readiness for assigned channels by proactively planning Transform and Solidify activities across skills and proficiency levels.
- Moderate Transform sessions and engage with learners, Master Gurus, and Gurus.
- Schedule sessions in collaboration with Gurus and invite approved learners.
- Validate learner data for Transform and Solidify stages as applicable.
- Actively engage and encourage learners through proactive communication.
- Ensure a smooth experience for Master Gurus and Gurus in assigned channels and deliver key objectives.
- Adhere to standard operating processes and undergo process audits.
- Meet operational metrics, service level agreements (SLAs), targets, and community metrics such as adoption rates, access rates, ratings, and feedback.
- Handle administrative setup of Guru Connects, Guru Forum, and Solidify readiness.
- Manage Solidify operations workflow, including task creation, workflow setup, learner workflow for peer review, tracking, and reporting.
- Utilize data and insights to facilitate wave completion for assigned skills.

Skills and Qualification required:
- Proficiency in MS Office, including mail merge, and knowledge of macro creation.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills to thrive in a team environment.
- Experience in coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to handle management reporting and escalations.
- Outstanding collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability for self-learning and personal development.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Beginner/Intermediate level preferred).
