Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing the engineering tasks of both projects and proposals.
- Oversee the work of project and discipline support services to ensure their smooth execution.
- Coordinate with vendors for meetings at the office to align with project requirements.
- Resolve client and site concerns over documentation modules followed for respective projects.
- Publish reports for timely approval from external and internal clients to keep them informed of project progress.
- Develop support modules for Instrumentation Engineering Lead to facilitate project execution.
- Provide support for various engineering projects to ensure their successful completion.
- Align with vendors for meetings at the office to facilitate project requirements.
- Resolve client and site concerns over Engineering projects to ensure smooth project execution.
- Publish reports for timely approval from clients to keep them informed of project progress.
- Ensure internal coordination with the Engineering team to ensure project execution efficiency.
- Possess good communication skills to facilitate effective coordination with stakeholders.
- Be familiar with all Standards and Specifications to ensure compliance and quality in project execution.
- Read ITB for new projects and assist in Engineering Proposals to facilitate project acquisition.
- Manage day-to-day Engineering Activity as an Instrumentation GET to ensure project tasks are completed on time and to the required standards.
